Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Please ensure that you request a return before sending the item back, as we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
